We present food that’s crafted keeping in mind the local touch and local cuisine. Even though we serve a lot of delicacies from different regions of India, we have ensured that the local element isn’t missing from those dishes. For example, our butter chicken is made using a slight variation that tilts towards Uttarakhand, and the same goes for other dishes on our menu. We have also added a local Kumaoni touch to many other regional dishes, such as Dhokla or paneer. The element of local is always present. The best part of giving local twists to dishes is that the soul of the local produce stays intact. It is also beneficial for the health and overall well-being of the planet.
Our food is sourced from the pristine setting of this quaint town. the fruits and vegetables are grown using traditional methods that involve less harmful pesticides and growth hormones. They are closest to being organic. We even have a backyard kitchen garden from where we source fresh mint, thyme, oregano, basil, and rosemary. Perhaps that’s one of the reasons why the food that comes out of Diner is out of this world.
